HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE

The Unimog offers the ultimate package for highway maintenance departments, from mowing in summer to snow clearance in winter, the same machine can handle it all.

Used in conjunction with mowing equipment the Unimog is capable of dealing with all aspects - from steep gradient roadside verges to parks and airfield perimeters. The range of PTO points, compact size and all-terrain capability, means the Unimog will access difficult working sites and then operate a wide range of mowing equipment.

DUECKER VERGE MOWER & MOWING COMBINATION

The combination of two basic devices to one mowing unit resulted in a perfect unit suitable for the front attachment to a Unimog. The excellent overview of both working units enables a parallel mowing underneath and behind crash guards.

DUECKER SWEEPING MACHINE

Duecker sweeping machines are designed for everyday tough use. The machines are mounted on the front of the Unimog and driven either hydraulically or via take-off shaft. Dirt scratch guides, different sweeping rollers and a water sprinkler system guarantee a perfect result and various ranges of use.

GMEINER SPREADERS

Spreaders of 0.8 m³ up to 17.5 m³ cover optimally the professional needs of municipalities, road and motorway maintenance and contractors.

DUECKER EMBANKMENT MOWER

The parallel arranged arms of the embankment mower allow a trouble-free mowing, also directly next to the tractor or unimog. When extending the arm, the working device is moved parallel. The device is protected by a hydraulic start protection against unintended starting at obstacles.

DUECKER BRANCH & HEDGE CUTTER

Duecker Branch & Hedge Cutter guarantee an efficient and careful cultivation of the bushes. The slow running cutting blades guarantee a clean cut without fraying out and splitting. A clean cut surface remains, an ideal condition for new sprouts.

The NEW Unimog Implement Carrier more than deserves its good reputation as a workhorse. It provides top performance in very varying work situations 365 days a year with its outstanding four attachment and body-mounting areas.

KAHLBACHER SNOW PLOUGH

Kahlbacher multipurpose snowploughs are high-quality machines for professional removal of snow from outdoor surfaces, typically those serving transportation purposes. These snow ploughs are designed as attachments which mount on tractors, Unimogs, trucks, wheel loaders and utility vehicles.

MULAG VERGE MOWERS/REFLEXION POST MOWERS

The Reflexion Post Mower MLM 200 works around guard rails, posts and traffic signs. In combination with the verge mower MRM 300 it offers a very cost effective and economic mowing solution.

MULAG FRONT-MOUNTED MOWING EQUIPMENT

Our front mounted mowing equipment is attached to the Unimog's quick-change-system and well suited to one-man-operation. The front-axle locking device (torison frame) prevents chassis distortion - in this way the equipment can also be used over rough terrain.

MULAG REAR-MOUNTED MOWING EQUIPMENT

Our rear-mounted mowing equipment is fitted in the vehicle platform or subframe and is designed to be used in combination with a verge mower. Such a combination achieves an ideal load distribution onto both vehicle axles. Thus the available payloads are efficiently used without loosing the dynamics of vehicle movement.

The large diversity of the MULAG boom system combined with the wide range of working attachments gives you the most professional implement all-year-round. Besides roadside maintenance attachments we also have equipment for specialised applications.

MULAG GANG MOWER

Large areas such as airfields, set-asides or grassland require different cutting widths and heights. Therefore the mowing heads of the MULAG gang mower MGM 650 are adjustable from 30mm up to 150mm in height and all three mowing heads can be used seperately for a cutting width from 2.4m up to 6.5m.

KAHLBACHER ROTATING EQUIPMENT

Snow drifts, avalanche strips and cutting jobs in layers are some of the functions of the newly developed rotary snow blower. Even on rarely used roads, articulated steering makes this snow clearing combination perfect for the removal of snow on winding streets.
